Frustration Diaries: hitting frustration on a project + 5 days of reflection and getting out of it!

A few months ago, while I was working on my signature course (The Glow-Up), I hit some massive frustration. I decided to document the process of falling into frustration on a project I was excited about so I could share my conclusions with everyone after.

When we hit frustration, there are a few questions we can ask ourselves to determine how to move forward so that we don’t throw away perfectly good work or effort. Instead of freaking out, we can pivot and adjust so that what we’re doing aligns better with our natural energy flow.

I cover this process in-depth in the Glow-Up, so I highly recommend checking that out if you’ve been feeling some frustration in your creative life or work life and aren’t sure how to navigate it.

Here are my reflections and how I worked my way through frustration!
